Compulsory Figures & ∞ is a four channel audio composition that was installed at Transformer (Summer 2007) as part of the Exercises for Emerging Artists 4 program. The artist used altered inline skates and a scribe to create ‘street figures’ using chalk-based pigment directly on the asphalt adjacent to the gallery entrance. Images that accompany the sound installation show the process of the artwork in progress in addition to documentation of the temporary ‘street figures.’ Use a headset to optimize your listening experience.

Abyss (2011) is a 06:20min quadraphonic audio composition that accompanies a dance solo choreographed and performed by Sharon Mansur at Dance Place (Washington, DC). Images include documentation of the black box theater, Mansur improvising on a closely related project, and sketches from rehearsals leading up to the performance.
